In art therapy, the “Draw your own fear” exercise is very effective. You will need a sheet of paper and colored pencils. Put your fear on the sheet and give it a name. Draw it in as much detail as possible, transfer to paper all your unexpressed feelings. After that, you should get rid of fear either by destroying a piece of paper, or by finishing drawing elements that will make your fear sweet, kind and funny so that you can love it. Or come up with your own version, be creative. In the process, pay attention to what feelings arise.

Feel if there is a change in your condition after the destruction or processing of a leaf with fear.
